I've been personally to New Gaia. It's a small nice orange planet. Its rotation period is about 22 earth hours and a year period of about 330 of these day, which makes an incredibly small year. Being 20 years old for the natives is like being 15 earth years old. Even thou that the gravity of New Gaia is a bit smaller than that of Earth, its inhabitants aren't as tall as solars, maybe due to the composition of the air and other biological factors.
Well, one thing is certain, the weather is much more localized and there are many kinds of ecosystems, like those of Earth. Within the range of possible climates, the largest are deserts, alpine tundras and rain forests, but the most proeminent type of climate in the main continent is probably the savanna. Humans got to New Gaia when escaping the reptilian invasion on Earth, nearly 3000 gaian years ago. Reptiles once populated certain places of New Gaia, but they misteriously disappeared. There are not other known races in this planet, but there are anedoctal reports of reticular sightings.
Chronology from Colonization (2012 aD) to Present Day
Terussal [literally means House of Man] is a big and very old blue planet. The rotation period ascends to nearly 27 earth hours and the year is exactly 400 of these days. Terussal has one big moon called Leyjurid [literally means beautiful gift] and many asteroid moonlets. Mikel brought the humans to this planet, more or less, 50 thousand terussalic years ago. Their history is very old and well documented, but the human civilization suffered several catastrophes caused by Dragons. A few thousand years ago, humans could finally progress towards a solid space exploration and fight head to head with the reptiles. They repelled a draconic attack about four thousand terussalic years ago and since then, have thrived in this small section of our galaxy. See the map.
Terussal is now the capital world of The Galactic Confederation, which is a federation of star systems dominated by humans. These worlds are light years apart but the quantum tunneling technology permits the transference of information faster than light, which is what really connects these worlds, culturally and economically. Physical travel are still made with ships which travel with relativistic engines (leading to significantly long periods of travel for the outside world of the ship). As far as is known, no human have the Pleadean navigation technology.
The star system where this planet rests is binary, which means that there are two stars. Arguunira orbits the second one, a star very similar to the Sun.
The strange reddish planet has suffered much at the hands of Dragons. A magnetic obliteration turned its magnetic axis nearly 90 degrees in the direction of the star. Against all odds, there is still life in the planet. The catastrophic event might have wiped out the entire race of the reticulars, but there are still plants and insects. It is said that the reptiles still hold a small closed mining operation there and that on the outside there are nomadic human tribes. Acording to the Drastan Encyclopedia of the Confederation, the magnetic aligment causes one hemisphere always lit by the closer star and other frozen hemisphere in permanent darkness. The greater light in that hemisphere is the ocasional bright nights given by the other star, Zeta 1 Reticuli.
The Pleadeans have the tradition to call the capital world the same name of the star it orbits. Maya is a giant ferrous blue planet teeming with life. Pleadeans seem to prefer this planet over all other in the Pleiades because of the fine gravitic tuning and atmospheric conditions. Although no one remembers where they come from, the Pleadeans seem to be fit for Maya.
Maya seems like an untouched giant Earth. Great oceans, giant trees and giant rainforests. The impact the Pleadeans cause in the ecossystems is incredibly small. They have technology so advanced that they fit into the nature of the planet without unbalancing the equilibrium of climate, ecossystems and oceans. Many animal species are also grand and heavy, that's because they call it megafauna. The animals of this group weight at least 50Kg and can go up to several tons. The megaflora group is also common in Maya. A plant belonging to this group is at least 40 meters tall.
The planet may be difficult to reach for a normal civilization like humans or reptiles because Maya is 367 light years from Vega and 470 from Thuban. On the other hand, Pleadeans have a very well guarded technology that enables them to jump through space.
The Alpha Draconis star can also be named Thuban, but we use the name mainly for the only inhabited planet of that system. Thuban meant The Serpent's Head in a very old language and is the perfect name for the Capital World of the Reptilian Empire. The planet is small, quite hot and the atmosphere is pale blue. The species of lower reptile animals are still strong and abundant as are the intelligent ones.
The Reptilian Empire is also called Janxje Empire, after the name of the first Dragon. Culture, economy, military affairs or even forms of government can't be talked about as a whole. The worlds belonging to the Empire are very different from each other and is difficult to trace common traits in reptilian culture. Calling Thuban the Capital World is merely a formality. There are even worlds who ignore completely the rule of the Dragons. In consequence of this generalized schism, there are many worlds occupied by reptiles which declared unilateral independence, and some of these could even achieve peace with humans.
The reptiles were the original developers of the quantum tunneling technology which transports quantum information across light years in a matter of seconds. So they already have an Empire Internet in contrast with the underdeveloped prototype Ultranet of the Confederation. This Internet is what connects all the soup of reptilian cultures.
